About Jennifer

For nearly fifteen years, I have embraced the advice given to me by graduate school mentor, “Any role you take within education gives you a greater understanding of the depth of education. You will become a true educator.” As a result, I have taken various roles within public and private schools. A majority of my career has been within independent schools as a classroom teacher and administrator. While I have interacted with many age groups, my passion lies in middle-level education. I believe in empowering faculty by leveraging their strengths to achieve a shared vision. By doing so, I believe we create opportunities for powerful learning for our students.
